Langcliffe Avenue is an attractive tree lined avenue on the favoured south side of Harrogate within walking distance of the town centre. St. Mark's church is located behind the property but does not have church bells or a graveyard! All of the properties on the street are of a similar age and style with some but not all being split into apartments. A little know fact is that there is actually a disused railway tunnel running under Langcliffe Ave and ending at St Georges roundabout. This forms part of the Brunswick line that was in use from 1848 to 1862.
