Why rent from us?Almost all of the properties are owned and managed by ourselves. Therefore you are dealing directly with the owner of the property, not a third party letting agency who would then have to contact the owner before approving any repairs. In many cases we have renovated the property to a high standard before letting. We can usually handle most property repairs "in-house" without having to rely on tradesmen to do the repairs.Since we own the properties it is in our interests to maintain them to a high standard and not let the properties fall into disrepair. We are also based in Harrogate and know the area very well. This means we can respond to problems quickly. We can also advise on a range of local matters such as the nearest bus routes, schools etc. |
